Cancellation Policy

!! Please note that your registration will not be valid until all fees are paid.
If there are not at least 4 participants for a course or due to personal circumstances (e.g. illness of Dr. Frank Van Praet), Dr. Frank Van Praet and the Aalst Cardiac Academy have the right to cancel or modify the course. In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded. Other related costs such as flights will not be reimbursed by the organisation.
